1. Nature of Service: B2CKonnect is a tourism aggregator platform. We provide a space for tour operators to upload and showcase their tours. We do not act as an agent, and we do not charge any commission on bookings made between operators and their clients. 

2. Eligibility: Users must be legitimate tour operators with valid business registrations. 

3. Subscription: Access is granted via fixed-term subscription packages. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the tours they upload. 

4. Free Trial: Users are entitled to one 5-day free trial. Creating multiple accounts to exploit the trial is strictly prohibited. 

5. Limitation of Liability: B2CKonnect is an aggregator only. We are not responsible for the quality of tours, disputes between operators and travelers, or any financial losses incurred. 

6. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.
