1. Free Trial: Tour operators can use the platform free of charge for 5 days. No payment is captured during this period.

2. No Refund Policy: Once a subscription package (Monthly, Bi-Yearly, or Yearly) is purchased after the trial period, the fee is non-refundable. Since B2CKonnect provides digital access to a platform for tour listing and networking, and does not involve physical shipping or commissions, all sales are final.

3. Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but no further charges will be applied. No pro-rated refunds are provided for mid-month cancellations.
